Tai Chi - WEDNESDAYS (Session #3-25)

Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind, body, and spirit. Research has shown that with slow fluid movements and deep breathing, tai chi relaxes the body and improves cardiovascular fitness, which in turn lowers blood pressure and anxiety, reduces stress and depression, while improving memory, focus and sleep. You will be learning a beginner form of tai chi with five (5) foundational movements. The form is easy to learn, and tai chi is probably the most effective exercise for your entire wellbeing. In fact, it is so enjoyable that millions of people around the world are practicing tai chi regardless of their age or physical condition.
